Christina has over 25 years of experience in the Banking and Payments industry working in a variety of roles including business strategy, operational excellence, innovation management, customer experience, and data-driven insights. Christina has expertise in working across large and small organizations to drive digital transformations, lead change management efforts, and develop business and corporate strategies. Christina is a pragmatic leader and leverages a human-centered design approach to all of her engagements. She thrives in helping teams solve all types of problems and enjoys leading initiatives that result in customer-relevant products and innovative go-to-market strategies.
Christina was previously Senior Vice President Strategy and Operational Excellence at Mastercard, where she was responsible for the development and deployment of Mastercard’s product lifecycle management, up-skilling Mastercard’s product organization, and delivering best-in-class tools for product managers. Christina has also held roles in Mastercard Labs, Marketing, and Data and Analytics while at Mastercard. Additionally, she has worked for Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and spent 10 years as a strategy consultant prior to her career at Mastercard.
Christina holds a BSBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Delaware.
Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and seven-year-old twins. She enjoys running, playing tennis, traveling with her family and most of all, coaching her children’s soccer team.
