Dana’s background includes senior roles in planning and forecasting for industry leading retailers. At Macy’s, Inc., Dana was responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of the localization merchandising strategy for the Midwest. While at Nordstrom, Dana pioneered the testing, iteration, and rollout of a forecasting and allocation system adopted for all Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores. She also developed a division-wide private label financial strategy as well as the divisional strategy for the company’s expansion into the Canada market.

Dana holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Minnesota. She also holds a Google Project Manager Professional certification as well as a Yellow Belt certification from the Kaizen Institute.
