Professional Background

Prior to Further, James served as a Senior Consultant at FIS where he developed and tested new proof-of-concepts, applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Chatbot and Voice to drive scale for data services. James has held leadership positions at Mastercard and Chase developing and deploying new payment and banking solutions across both consumer (affluent) and small business segments. He launched ”Masterpass” (Mastercard’s digital wallet services) across 16 countries, ~20 issuers and 85K merchants in 24 months; and he created and executed a go-to-market strategy for “World Elite,” Mastercard’s most profitable card portfolio. James also served as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Products and Solutions, advancing Mastercard’s global innovation and product strategy.

Education

James holds both an MBA and BBA in Marketing Management from Pace University. He also holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.

Furthermore

James is an Advisor to a DEI start-up focused on developing a new immersive training/gaming platform to create belonging in organizations, and he serves as a Life Coach volunteer to LGBTQ+ homeless youth at the Ali Forney Center in NYC.
