Mark has over 20 years of experience across strategy, product management, go-to-market, and execution in high-growth B2B SaaS, FinTech, and payments companies. He has deep expertise in strategy formulation at corporate, business unit, product and functional levels, particularly with growth strategy, new investment business cases and long-term planning. Mark also brings hands-on experience in driving market development and bringing new products and services to market. He has led initiatives to define compelling value propositions, penetrate high growth segments, drive product adoption, and ensure customer success. Operationally, he has stood up new product introduction (NPI) functions and business performance (OKR/KPI) processes in both sales-led and product-led organizations.
Mark has spent a decade in productivity SaaS software (DocuSign, Atlassian) and capital markets FinTech companies (S&P, Dealogic). Previously, he was a management consultant and Payments practice leader at Booz & Company, PwC, and Diamond. He began his career during the dot-com boom building e-commerce websites and workflow applications.
Mark earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelors in Computer Science from New York University.
Mark loves to explore the outdoors on two wheels – he’s been riding motorcycles for over 20 years (his wife recently started riding as well!) and has put thousands of miles on his road bike on both coasts.
