Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies across various routes-to-market within B2B and B2C industries.  With a strategic approach to driving profitable growth, she has expertise in marketing innovation, new product development, and leading cost and complexity reduction initiatives across organizations.  Her strengths in teamwork and collaboration, and her organizational and analytical skills result in successful, measurable client outcomes.

Professional Background

Prior, Stephanie held marketing and customer facing roles within leading consumer products companies, including Newell Brands and Techtronic Industries (TTI). A seasoned operator with experience managing global P&Ls, Stephanie built and led teams through transformation initiatives requiring critical operational and project management expertise.


Stephanie holds an MBA from The University of South Carolina with a concentration in International Business and a B.S.B.A in Marketing from The Ohio State University.  Additionally, Stephanie has completed Executive Education coursework from Emory University and the Harvard Business School.


Stephanie loves to spend time outdoors with her family.  Whether hiking, camping or doing yard work – she loves the fresh air. She loves to decorate and is constantly finding projects to tackle around the house being the handy one in the family.
