Lauren has held leadership roles across Aviatrix, Airtable, AppDynamics/Cisco, and Autodesk, leading GTM strategy, strategic programs, post-merger integration, and business transformation. Her consulting background includes Organizational Change Strategy with IBM and enterprise systems implementations with Accenture and Deloitte. A trusted executive partner, Lauren has served as Chief of Staff to an SVP and as a Strategic Programs leader in the Office of the CEO.

Lauren holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Babson College and an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Lauren is also Prosci Change Management certified.
