Further Advisory developed presentation materials, messaging, and a prioritized roadmap to effectively communicate the alignment of AI objectives with enterprise strategies, highlighting the AI value proposition and strategic impact. These efforts were designed to enhance executive understanding and secure continued buy-in for maintaining $10M in Generative AI funding.
