Professional Background
Before joining Further Advisory, Sean held leadership roles at two of the “Big Four” professional services firms. He was a partner and led the Insurance Strategy practice at KPMG, and also served as a partner at PwC, where he focused on digital and customer experience initiatives for clients across all insurance subsectors.
Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, where he focused on insurance clients. Sean also held leadership roles at EXL, where he led the digital consulting practice, and at Sapiens, where he led the digital products division.

Sean holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
