His career spans customer facing solution design, ecosystem development, and enterprise transformation, giving him an ability to connect how technology is sold with how it must operate at scale.
Professional Background
Alex spent over 21 years at Equinix, a Fortune 500 data center leader, where the company grew more than fiftyfold in revenue during his tenure. He began on the customer side designing colocation and network solutions for telecom, content, and financial trading firms, helping establish Chicago’s digital trading ecosystem. He then built the technical sales organizations serving these firms and emerging cloud providers. Alex also served as the global Sales domain expert for a $60M enterprise transformation program, redesigning products and systems, building the governance model, and developing the platform capabilities that unified operations across regions. He later led and modernized the company’s global Order Management domain, supporting $9B in revenue. Prior to Equinix, Alex spent six years at Cable & Wireless designing enterprise networking solutions for Fortune 1000 clients during the dot com era and earlier built his commercial foundation selling computers and software.
