Ale has spent 15 years launching or growing products and services for clients in the UK and US. She has expertly led teams on Experience Strategy, Brand Strategy, Design Research, and Partnership Strategy, offering a skillset that combines customer experience excellence with impeccable storytelling. Within the financial sector, Ale has worked with clients of all sizes, from scale-ups like Blend to global institutions like MasterCard, Goldman Sachs, Sallie Mae, TIAA, and BNY Mellon. Ale was named in Fast Company’s “League of Extraordinary Women” along with 60 other accomplished leaders and was also included in the publication’s “Most Creative People in Business” list.
Professional Background
Prior to consulting, Ale was an ECD at frog design where she crafted frog’s brand strategy offering for clients, as well as the studio itself. As a creative director in advertising she has won over 18 global industry awards. She has spoken at TEDx, SXSW, Wharton Business School, Columbia, and CES.

Ale holds a Masters in Electronic Publishing from University of Plymouth (UK) and a BA in Communications (Brazil).

Ale was born in the Amazon jungle, she grew up in Rio de Janeiro, lived in the US for many years and has now settled in London. She speaks 5 languages but her Japanese is getting a little rusty. She used to sail and swim competitively and is the founder of an organization for women in the Creative Industries with over 70K members worldwide.
