Professional Background
Amanda was the Senior Vice President and CX and Enablement Leader at KeyBank where she led the team that improved Retail CX from JD Power 3rd tier levels to 1st tier in less than a year. Prior to that she led consumer bank large metropolitan markets at both KeyBank and PNC through change, consolidations and significant organic and inorganic growth. She also built and led a Sales Development team for the Consumer Bank at National City (now PNC) that had responsibility for the sales/GTM strategy, all supporting tools and technology, reporting, analytics, goals and incentives for all consumer channels.
