Anika has 20+ years of experience with Fortune 500, private sector, and consulting organizations in critical leadership roles across operations, business transformation, customer services, sales and program management. Anika is a results-driven relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to connect people and connect the dots. She has led and supported several customer-impacting and transformation initiatives and thrives in working with project teams to identify and implement operational and organizational changes that deliver measurable results.

Professional Background

Most recently, Anika served as Senior Vice President, Customer Operations at Progress Residential and in various business transformation, internal consulting, and operational roles during 15 years at Marriott International. Prior, Anika was a member of The Home Depot’s Business Leadership Program.  In earlier stages of her career, she worked at The Little Tikes Company, American Management Systems, and Deloitte Consulting.

Education

Anika holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Furthermore

Anika is an avid traveler (has visited all 50 states and 40+ countries), novice real estate investor, and bleeds Duke Blue and SF 49ers red and gold.  She is the mother of two and resides in Vienna, VA.
