Professional Background
Previously, Annalie served as VP/Director of Strategic Partnerships at Omnicom Group across New York and Paris where she curated and guided expert advisory boards informing landmark consumer insight, futures research and innovation pipelines for iconic global brands. Before that, as VP of Innovation & Culture at AMP Financial Services in Sydney, she built the corporate innovation infrastructure generating measurable culture transformation, business returns and new start-up ventures and founded the Amplify Festival of Business Innovation, growing it into a multi-city learning platform with a global audience.
At BHP in South Africa, as Director of Corporate Affairs, she launched a Community Foundation that turned seed capital into $20 million of investment and executed transformation projects touching two million lives during the country’s transition to democracy. She started her career in accounting and auditing with Deloitte completing a 5 year professional internship registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Education
Annalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree complemented by post-graduate Diplomas in Business Management from the University of Melbourne, and Strategic Innovation from MIT. She is a certified Advisory Board Chair and active Advisory Board member of several international organizations.

Annalie has travelled to 98 countries, and the curiosity still hasn’t worn off. A closet creative and a cook who treats dinner parties with the same precision she brings to client work, she is also an Aspen Institute Fellow — which tells you something about the range of her passions.
Conversant in French (professional working proficiency, B2), German and Dutch, Annalie is used to serving global clients remotely, with availability to commute or work on-site as projects require.
