As a CIO, Carol has extensive experience leading IT strategies across diverse industries. She excels at tailoring technology strategies to meet the unique demands of specific sectors, ensuring that solutions align with both operational and business objectives. As the CIO for Graham Packaging Company, she established the technology strategy and operating model following the company’s separation. She also served as the CIO for PHEAA, where she redirected a technology transformation effort to better meet business objectives.
Previously Carol was a Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she led the creation, planning and delivery of technology solutions. Prior to PwC, she was a Director with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants where she led projects in IT Strategy, IT Cost Reduction, Business Process Redesign, and Program Delivery.

Carol holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
