She brings deep expertise in product strategy, development, and optimization, with an affinity for data monetization and data analytics products, as well as global product launches.
Professional Background
In her most recent role as SVP, Payment Networks and Strategic Partnerships at Synchrony, she utilized her broad payments ecosystem background to architect the bank’s most lucrative payment network deal in its history, providing hundreds of millions of incremental revenue over the prior agreement, a 630% increase. Prior, she led strategy, product development, commercialization, and sales of data solutions for First Data (now FiServ)’s large national enterprises. Similarly, she spent four years building patented data-monetization analytics products for Mastercard, as well several years building and launching global credit products. Prior to that, she owned charge card products for American Express. As the GM of the financial services division of a healthcare company, she owned and drove a $300MM P&L for revenue-generating financial products, the company’s largest profit center.
Education
Cristobel has an BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She most recently completed executive education courses from the University of California, Berkeley, MIT, and the Yale School of Management.
