Dale started his leadership roles as Chief Information Technology Officer with Lockheed Martin leading an organization deploying specialized solutions globally. His career continued with roles as Chief Technology Officer of Seisint delivering one of the largest AI based online data mining and data warehouse solutions. Prior, he was Chief Information Officer at Ocwen Financial supporting global operations and delivering a patented AI solution for contact center optimization and collection operations. More recently Dale was as Managing Director with Dell Technologies Global Transformation Office, leading a team responsible for guiding and enabling fortune 500 customers with business/technology transformations.

Dale holds a B.S. in Computer Science, a B.A in Advanced Business Studies, and is a graduate of the Lockheed Executive Development Program.

Dale owns a Farm in NC that he is restoring to its former operational capabilities via regenerative farming techniques and natural land restoration. Dale is also a commercial pilot and in his limited spare time tours on a motorcycle.
