Danielle is an organizational strategist – a person who helps leaders and their teams dream, plan, and achieve their goals. She leverages an extensive background in strategic planning, modernization, transformation, people operations, communications, and culture to unlock perspective, build structure, mitigate operational risk, and navigate change. Danielle brings depth of experience in banking and payments and is familiar with navigating complex technology landscapes.
Most recently, Danielle serviced as a VP of corporate strategy for a global retailer. Prior, she spent years at American Express in strategic planning and Chief of Staff roles for technology leaders across commercial payments, global infrastructure, and enterprise architecture. Before that Danielle was with New York Life in various program, product, and change management roles.
Danielle is a Gartner Internal Communications Black Belt and earned her degree in English and Culture from Davidson College in North Carolina. She also studied field interviewing and international perspectives on gender with the School for International Training and the University of Amsterdam.
Danielle is an avid volunteer with The Boys and Girls Club and Year Up. She lives in Harlem with her partner, Cliff, and enjoys exploring new destinations, galleries, and theater.
