Eric offers 25 years of experience and deep insight into the Financial Services industry, more specifically Payments and Capital Markets. He is an accomplished product management and consulting executive with a history of success and experience managing wonderful teams, creating new processes, formulating strategies, managing products, framing metrics, and delivering large programs with great companies. His experience is complimented by Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ITIL certifications.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Further, Eric was a Chief Product Officer for a fintech company (Chargebacks911 and Fi911) leading the product strategy and roadmap for all chargebacks and merchant management. Before that role, he was a Product Executive Director for JPMorgan Chase merchant services overseeing information management and chargeback products. Additional roles included Managing Director & Canada country manager for consulting at First Derivatives Plc, Director of Customer Success at CA Technologies, and Principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now PwC). He began his career with Bombardier as a Sales Engineer

Education

Eric holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business) and a B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.

Furthermore

True to his Canadian roots, Eric enjoys playing hockey in what is becoming a great hockey town (Tampa). He also discovered golf and kayaking on beautiful rivers with his family since moving to Florida.
