Eric is an experienced operator, advisor, and consultant to companies pivoting at the intersection of technology disruption, and regulatory change, with a track-record for scaling high-volume, high-uptime businesses globally in highly regulated environments. His experience and expertise spans several industries and functions, including R&D, capital markets, and insurance in strategy, corporate development, sales/product management, and regulatory change roles.
Professional Background
Eric recently returned to the USA after 9 years in London, where he drove the electronic transformation of capital markets trading throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific regions. As Head of Equities for SIX Swiss Stock Exchange, Eric was the lead executive responsible for Swiss Equities secondary markets products and its participants. Prior to SIX, Eric led the Fixed Income MiFID II program globally for Deutsche Bank, and prior to that held significant leadership positions within the high-frequency electronic trading industry at Virtu Financial.
Eric began his career in management consulting at Oliver Wyman and serving as a Principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now PWC), where he led projects in M&A, Privatization, IT Strategy, IT Cost Reduction, Customer Profitability and Business Process Redesign.
Education
Eric earned his MBA focusing on Decisions Sciences from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He earned his BA in Geography from Dartmouth College.

Eric is an avid golfer and most at-home on windswept Scottish, Irish, or Oregon links. He is still a home and away season ticketholder at Arsenal Football Club in London and speaks conversationally fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
