Professional Background

Ethan brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across Bank of America and Wells Fargo, with deep expertise in enterprise-scale execution within regulated financial services environments. He served as Executive Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Wells Fargo, supporting the Technology Chief Operating Office. Ethan spent more than two decades at Bank of America in senior leadership roles across Global Information Security, Enterprise Data Management, Global Risk Technology, Markets Technology, and Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology.

He led global teams responsible for building and operating enterprise platforms supporting cyber defense, regulatory reporting, analytics, and capital markets risk and trading functions. He was consistently selected for increasing scope based on a strong record of execution, judgment, and delivery in high-stakes environments.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management Information Systems
Old Dominion University.

Furthermore

Outside of work, Ethan is an avid golfer and enjoys tennis and pickleball. One of his most formative experiences was completing a 7-day guided sea kayaking expedition through the remote waters of Prince William Sound in Alaska, covering approximately 75 nautical miles. Living off the land in isolated conditions with a small group of strangers, he kayaked into the faces of glaciers, around icebergs, and experienced the Aurora Borealis. The expedition tested resilience, adaptability, and teamwork, and remains a defining leadership milestone for him.
