She has led multi hundred-million-dollar divisions of Fortune 50 companies, scaled start-ups to profitable ventures, and turned around underperforming, complex businesses across diverse industries with an emphasis in financial services and insurance. Jean excels at leading teams to identify and accelerate strategic measures that strengthen performance with sustained multimillion-dollar operational results and identifying new areas of growth to future-proof their business. She has experience with Life and P&C Insurance, Insurtech, Financial Services, Subscription Services, Corporate Start-ups, and Efficiency Transformations, spanning B2B, B2B2C and Direct-to-Consumer.

Professional Background

Prior, Jean led marketing and product development for a corporate start-up that became the 10th largest credit card issuer in the US. She led a GE business unit which included the second largest roadside assistance business in the US, now part of Allstate. She led the direct-to-consumer business at MetLife and Munich Re’s US Incubator.

Education

Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oakland University and has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and GE’s renowned Crotonville.  She is Six Sigma trained and a SaFE4 Agilist.

Jean has a love for languages and is a bit too obsessed with Duolingo, where she is improving her German and French daily.
