Recently, Jim spent 5 years at Mondopoint leading the organization’s product and technology teams. Mondopoint built and launched a SaaS platform enabling medical device suppliers and medical providers to track and execute value-based contracts. Prior to Mondopoint, Jim spent 16+ years at SurePayroll (acquired by Paychex) leading the organization’s software development team throughout SurePayroll’s startup journey from pre-revenue to successful exist through assimilation within Paychex. SurePayroll delivered most notably the following industry firsts: SaaS payroll services solution, real-time payroll calculations, online delivery of W2s and mobile payroll application.
