At Documentum, he led Knowledge Management initiatives, while at Microsoft, he served as a Platform Strategy Advisor. His work at Chevron and Atlassian focused on Enterprise Architecture, where he developed and implemented EA methodologies and IT application portfolio management strategies. John’s expertise spans a broad range of areas, including application rationalization, SaaS management, and enterprise business systems management across finance, accounting, and human resources. He has a deep understanding of business architecture and process optimization, having led architecture strategy initiatives in Lead/Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Hire to Retire processes.
