Kris has a 20+ year proven track record of partnering with clients across industries, mostly in Banking and Capital Markets, to define and deliver technology-enabled innovation and digital transformation strategies to achieve business objectives based on his experiences and knowledge of experience design, end-to-end operational processes, emerging and legacy technical architectures, risk and control frameworks, and large-scale program delivery, including post-M&A integrations.

Professional Background

Prior, Kris was a Managing Director and global leader in Accenture’s Tech Incubation Group responsible to define, commercialize and deliver offerings at the intersection of GenAI, Spatial Computing and Web3/Tokenization. Before that, he was a Partner in IBM Consulting’s Blockchain practice and a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where one of his many roles was to lead the firm’s Emerging Technology & New Services practice. He began his consulting career as a Strategy & Operations practitioner with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.

Education

Kris holds a joint Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College and Tepper School of Business as well as a B.S. in History & Policy and Economics from Carnegie Mellon. He’s a guest lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, Northwestern University, Fordham University, and the University of Texas on technology-enabled innovation.

Kris was an award-winning nightclub DJ in his pre-consulting career and still enjoys playing and producing music. He and his wife, Camille, enjoy traveling, playing golf, supporting Ohio State and Pittsburgh sports, and serving their community as civic association board members.
