Lauren Becker


Lauren is a dedicated leader, team builder, and creative problem solver with 25 years experience spanning both consulting and internal corporate leadership roles. She brings experience working across various levels and functions of an organization to lead strategic business and technology-driven change initiatives. Expertise ranges across GTM strategy execution, business transformation, enterprise system delivery and organizational strategy – driving change management programs to ensure business readiness and benefits realization. Lauren brings enthusiasm to the things she works on and a tenacity to get things done

Professional Background

Lauren has held various roles across Airtable, AppDynamics and Autodesk, leading GTM programs for Sales Strategy & Operations, Channel Programs and Marketing Operations, and served as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Global Customer Support and Operations at Autodesk. Lauren was also an Organizational Change Strategy Consultant with IBM, and prior to that worked for Andersen Consulting, Deloitte Consulting and Blue Martini Software driving enterprise systems implementation and integration projects.


Lauren holds a BS in Business and Finance from Babson College and an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Lauren has also completed Prosci Change Management Certification.


Lauren is usually busy with her 2 kids, but when not working she enjoys exploring the California Wine country or attending live music events.
