Professional Background

Lisa’s 20-year career spans financial services from banks to fintechs and across lines of business, including retail banking, digital wealth, business banking, and payments. Past clients include TD Bank US, Laurentian Bank, NTT-BPO, and multiple small businesses and startups. Prior to consulting, Lisa worked in-house at Scotiabank, where she led digital, product, and analytics teams in direct investing and wealth. In addition, she supported enterprise-wide strategy functions, facilitated a global organization model redesign in business banking & payments, and led business innovation research in the Executive PMO.

Education

Lisa has an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BA, Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has professional designations in Change Management (Prosci), Product Management (Pragmatic Institute), Agile for Product Managers, and AI Business Strategy and Application (Next AI Canada).

Lisa is a dedicated business advisor and startup mentor to young entrepreneurs with Futurpreneur Canada. She is also a 15-year member of the Board of Directors at CultureLink, a non-profit newcomer settlement organization.
