Mike has spent three decades consulting and advising clients on technology and business functions. He began his career in telecom by orchestrating the transformation of a software billing system to achieve full PCI compliance, and he has led the development of a European-wide software application that was designed to be ISO security compliant. During his work in the M&A space he has performed numerous security audits as part of pre-acquisition events and has also implemented data loss strategies as part of post-acquisition migrations.
