Mike has spent three decades consulting and advising clients on technology and business functions. He began his career in telecom by orchestrating the transformation of a software billing system to achieve full PCI compliance, and he has led the development of a European-wide software application that was designed to be ISO security compliant. During his work in the M&A space he has performed numerous security audits as part of pre-acquisition events and has also implemented data loss strategies as part of post-acquisition migrations.
Mike holds an B.S. in Computer Science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Mike has a deep knowledge of plant genetics and has spent a portion of his career working in the computational biology space. He has been published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the journal Genetics, and in Bioinformatics.
