Michael held key leadership positions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Ally Bank. He developed and executed strategic programs including mortgage loan portfolio conversions and accounting & finance transformations. As a consultant with both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Michael advised global clients and oversaw the successful implementation of enterprise-level change initiatives.
Education
Michael holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.S. Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is Six Sigma and Scrum Alliance CSPO® certified.
