Nathalie offers 16 years of experience in the Payment industry with expertise in marketing and product management across both online and offline ecosystems. She has experience overseeing product strategies and translating the visions into actionable turn-key implementation plans. She is talented in bringing together engineers, designers, marketing, business operations, and customer support teams in creating and launching innovative products. She has a strong track record of working across International teams creating go-to-market plans while collaborating with local partners in communicating and shaping the product to meet the evolving needs. She is skilled at maintaining a consistent brand voice while navigating and managing cultural sensitivities and market uniqueness during product roll outs.
Nathalie worked with American Express for 16 years across numerous business units, including Digital Marketing & Capabilities and Consumer Cards. In her last years with American Express she was a remote consultant overseeing the digital expansion of Luxury Products across International. She is currently supporting new businesses in the wellness sector in developing their digital strategies.
Nathalie holds a M.A in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Emerson College and a B.S in Political Science from the American University of Beirut. She is currently doing a M.A in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute.
Nathalie opened the first yoga studio in the Sudan where she ran retreats by the Red Sea and in the Sahara desert. She is also an avid water skier who learned to slalom on the River Nile.
