Nheeda is a data-driven, human-centered CX leader with 15+ years of successful product and service design launches spanning business functions and industries. She’s recognized for building cultures and processes that use customer feedback to predict growth or uncover experience gaps. A natural dot connector with a strategic mindset, Nheeda uses her design background to distill complexity into intuitive visuals to inform business decisions.

Professional Background

Most recently, Nheeda served as a Senior Director of Customer Experience at Twilio, the leading Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaas.) There, she led a global team of analysts, researchers, and consultants who study and measure the end-to-end experience across customer journeys and internal functional silos. Prior to that, she led customer research teams at and Ally Financial. She also developed innovative consumer products at Duke Energy and Wachovia (now Wells Fargo.).


Nheeda has a B.S. from Georgia Tech, and Masters of Design Methods from IIT.


Outside of work, Nheeda spends time cooking and yelling at the New York Mets, her favorite MLB team.  She also loves long walks and bike rides, sometimes with her Husky-Rottweiler, and always with a good podcast.
