Prior to this, Randy was an Executive Director at Ernst & Young (EY) and Allstate Insurance Company. At EY, he led multi-national teams of over 400 people and managed $120M budgets to deliver a global tax platform supporting $1B in revenue, used by 6,000 clients and 30,000 users. At Allstate, he redesigned and implemented sales channels integrating web, call center, and agent technologies for 12,000 agents and 2,000 call center reps. Before that, he was a consultant on strategic transformational programs in manufacturing, insurance, financial services, and public sectors. Randy started his career at Citizens Communications, developing products for 270,000 customers, and GTE Corporation, managing regulatory issues across states.
