Rob Gordick is an Agile Servant Leader aiding organizations to adopt agile ways of working for almost 20 years within Financial Services, Tax Processing, Retail, Telecommunications, and Digital Entertainment industries. His passions include creating infectious “learning ecosystems” and working with organizations to grow product-minded teams. As a change agent, he helps clients identify key roadblocks to change, radically improves their productivity and magnifies innovation delivered. As a coach, he enables teams to develop a safe and questioning culture, passionate about delivering value. And as a Lean Agile mentor, he brings together business and technology delivery teams with effective approaches to achieve desired outcomes.

Rob has worked for consultancies such as Diamond, EY, and Arthur Andersen to advise a diverse set of clients over the past 25 years, including The Home Depot, Cox Communications, Allstate Insurance, Goldman Sachs, Northern Trust, and Electronic Arts. He has practiced and is certified in many forms of including SAFe, Kanban, XP, LeSS, Scrum, and XSCALE. Rob is considered a Lean Agile Fellow and has spoken at multiple agile conferences, inspiring individuals and teams become more productive while improving their happiness in meaningful ways.

Rob holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

Rob is heavily involved with The Scouts of America as a Merit Badge Councilor as his Son pursues his journey towards Eagle Scout.
