Ryan has gained extensive experience helping clients overcome unique challenges and actively plan the transition of their people, technology, and assets. While each deal is unique, all require effective employee communication and change management to minimize disruption and achieve intended deal value.
Outside of M&A, Ryan helps business leaders to find new ways to use technology and data to help them improve business operations, reduce costs, and/or grow revenue. In all cases, Ryan enjoys helping clients break down complex business goals into actionable plans and enabling business leaders to deliver measurable results.
Professional Background
Ryan started and grew his career at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and PricewaterhouseCoopers. After that, Ryan joined and became a Partner at Liberty Advisor Group helping lead their M&A advisory practice prior to acquiring and transforming a small business with his wife.
Education
Ryan earned a B.A in Economics and Management from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN.
Furthermore
Ryan took a break from traditional consulting to help acquire and modernize Doc Lane’s Veterinary Pharmacy, which provides medication to veterinarians, zoos, and horse/pet owners in 40 states. Doc Lane’s compounds medication for some of the top thoroughbred racehorses in the world, including 2022 Kentucky Derby winner, Rich Strike.
