He has experience in developing tailored growth strategies and executive guidance as well delivering on these plans in both leading and supporting roles based on client needs. Brett’s passion is in being able to engage with stakeholders across all levels within organizations and drive successful delivery of transformational work, often focused on the overall topic of growth – whether organic or acquisitive and through both entering new geographies and expanding into new solution offerings.
Professional Background
Prior, Brett was a Senior Vice President at Teneo and a Manager at Bain & Company, where among other roles he led on commercial due diligence and value creation for a range of private equity investors and their portfolio companies. He began his career successfully advising health system leadership to implement electronic health record software for leading global vendor Epic.
Education
Brett holds a Healthcare MBA with a Concentration in Strategy and Operations from Vanderbilt University and received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Brett has now lived outside of the US since 2015, residing in London for 3 years and now in Montreal for the last 6 where he received Canadian Permanent Residency. He is an aspiring but unsuccessful French speaker, much to the annoyance of his Quebecois neighbors.
