Scott is an experienced program manager with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, including deep insights into consumer banking, cards, and payments. He has expertise in acquisitions & customer marketing, consumer lending, new product development, and project management.
Scott provides unique perspective and experience to teams and companies having worked at several banks (MBNA, BankOne, Citi, BarclayCard, Amex, and Wells Fargo) in leadership roles, as well as having worked as a consultant for some of these companies on projects and competitive research. Scott has been part of new product launches within banks (Citi’s c2it, Amex’s Serve, Axiom Banks credit card launch) where he excelled at helping form strategies and delivering products and services to market.
Scott holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware. He also successfully completed an Executive Development Program at Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania. Scott is also a Certified Financial Counselor via the Cities For Financial Empowerment Fund (fecpublic.org).
Scott is a tennis fanatic, cat lover and spends time with his friends at the beach or running around the city. He is also civic minded (election poll worker, financial counselor, The Lighthouse Guild volunteer, just to name a few). His quiet aspiration is to be part of a “FinTech for good” providing solutions for non-profits and growing financial inclusion.
