Sean Gilligan


Sean has spent his career focused on customer interactions – across sales, marketing, and customer service.  In various engagements he has developed customer strategy, designed process, organization, and technology solutions to enable those strategies, and managed the implementation of operational solutions.  Sean is adept at identifying opportunities, managing complex quantitative analysis, communicating insights to senior leadership, and translating analysis into actions that drive customer lifetime value

Professional Background

Sean has worked as a consultant and internal leader at Fortune 500 healthcare and telecom companies, including Diamond Management Consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers, U.S. Cellular, McKesson, and Comcast, where he has focused on Customer Strategy and Analytics.


Sean has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, is currently working on his M.S. in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. He has published several papers in biochemical research.


Sean has 4 children, born across the United States from Boston to Chicago to San Francisco. He collects unique liquor bottles, studies genealogy, has been a semi-professional solitaire player, and was the 2006 Time Person of the Year.
