Tristan has a BSc. Biology degree majoring in Genetics. Tristan attained Project Management Professional, PMP (2009). PRINCE2 Accredited Practitioner (2000).

Tristan has cycled both the length of UK and New Zealand as well as various cycling expeditions across Italy, France and Spain. Tristan is in the process of writing a book called Change Confidence, drawing upon his professional experience and having previously produced a change management podcast series.
