He is a trusted Change Leader with a proven record in delivering successful complex multi-million dollar programs, as well as reputation for parachuting in and rescuing troubled failing initiatives. Tristan’s execution ethos is ‘Change Confidence’ through commitment, control, communication, and consistency by being positively predictable; this ensures senior executives are confident in both the execution model and process. He offers transformational change leadership experience in data center migrations, system and business integrations, regulatory compliance, software development (SAFe, Agile and Waterfall), digital go-to-market services, and operational efficiencies through automation.
Prior, Tristan has undertaken independent Program Leader roles at FIS WorldPay, HSBC and Barclays spanning 13 years. And for 8 years led Programs and Change functions at Experian (credit bureau) within the Business and Technology departments.
Tristan has a BSc. Biology degree majoring in Genetics. Tristan attained Project Management Professional, PMP (2009). PRINCE2 Accredited Practitioner (2000).
Tristan has cycled both the length of UK and New Zealand as well as various cycling expeditions across Italy, France and Spain. Tristan is in the process of writing a book called Change Confidence, drawing upon his professional experience and having previously produced a change management podcast series.
