He has expertise in creating product portfolios and driving business growth through innovative proprietary solutions, acquisitions, and partnerships, including management of the entire product life cycle from strategy to development, evaluating (Build/Partner/Buy), and integrating partners and technology services. Tsuri has led and supported teams to improve organization and technology processes, promote agile adoption, and align delivery with regulatory requirements and company strategy.
Professional Background
Tsuri was previously the head of product at Cross River Bank, where he developed solutions for BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service), Card Programs, and Payments to top-tier Fintech customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and processes. Before that, Tsuri spent 12 years at American Express in various roles. As a VP of B2B Digital Payments & Automation, he directed global product management, implementation, and servicing teams to build and manage a digital payment platform that powered Amex’s Accounts Payables Automation business. He oversaw the acquisition and integration of an AP Automation company into Amex’s solution and led co-development and integrations with strategic partners to establish a partner ecosystem.

Tsuri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion in Israel.
