Ville has over 20 years of experience as a senior strategy and transformational change delivery lead / program director, as well as a business management expert with extensive experience in financial services. He has a proven track record of delivering business launches and complex change programs. Ville has formulated corporate strategy approaches, analyses and recommendations to senior executives and Board members including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CROs and CTOs. He has assisted a number of his clients with strategy, operating model definition, and execution in relation to M&A activities as well as post-merger integration planning and delivery.

Ville holds an MEng in Electronic and Electronic Engineering from University College London, dual MBA degrees from London Business School and the Columbia Graduate School of Business. Ville was awarded the MSc in Major Programme Management at Oxford University with Distinction, and he is a Member of the UK Institute of Directors (MIoD).
